KwikFrames is a product operated by Creative Ground Technologies Private Limited. In this Privacy Policy, “KwikFrames” refers to the Shopify app/product, and “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Creative Ground Technologies Private Limited as the company that owns and operates the product.
KwikFrames helps Shopify merchants create branded product creatives for Meta catalog ads using frames, overlays, offer badges, and campaign templates.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve KwikFrames.
Shopify store information
When a merchant installs KwikFrames, we may collect information from Shopify such as:
- Store name, store URL, Shopify shop domain, and store ID
- Merchant account information provided by Shopify, such as contact name and email address
- Store settings needed to operate the app
- App installation, subscription, billing, and usage status
Product and catalog information
To generate catalog creatives, we may access or process product-related information selected or made available by the merchant, such as:
- Product titles, product IDs, variants, collections, prices, and availability
- Product images and image URLs
- Product metadata needed to preview or generate branded creatives
Meta account and advertising information
If a merchant connects a Meta account, we may receive or process information needed to support the app’s ad creative workflow, such as:
- Meta user, business, ad account, catalog, page, or asset identifiers that the merchant authorizes
- Access tokens or authorization data required to connect the merchant’s Meta account
- Catalog, product set, campaign, ad set, ad, creative, and preview information available through the permissions granted by the merchant

Creative generation and app usage information
We may collect information created through use of KwikFrames, including:
- Frames, overlays, badges, templates, design settings, and campaign names
- Generated creative images and preview images
- Generation counts, success or failure status, and billing-related usage records

Support communications
If a merchant contacts us, we may collect the information included in the support request, such as name, email address, store details, screenshots, messages, and any files shared with us.
3. Information we do not intentionally collect
KwikFrames is designed for merchants and business users. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information, biometric information, precise geolocation, or payment card numbers.
Payments and app charges are handled through Shopify billing. We do not store full payment card details.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Install, authenticate, operate, and maintain KwikFrames
- Connect Shopify stores and merchant-authorized Meta assets
- Create previews and generate branded catalog ad creatives
- Apply merchant-approved creative updates
- Provide templates, saved settings, and app preferences
- Measure generated image usage for billing and app limits
- Provide customer support and respond to merchant requests
- Monitor performance, prevent abuse, debug issues, and secure the app
- Comply with legal, platform, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
5. Shopify data and merchant control
KwikFrames is a Shopify app. We process Shopify store and product data only as needed to provide the app to the merchant.
- Original Shopify product images remain in the merchant’s Shopify store and are not changed by default.
- Generated creatives are separate creative assets created for advertising workflows.
- Merchants can preview creatives before applying them.
- Merchants control which products, templates, campaigns, and ad assets are used.
- Merchants may uninstall the app from Shopify at any time.
6. Meta data and merchant-approved updates
If a merchant connects Meta, KwikFrames uses Meta access only for the permissions granted by the merchant and only to provide the app’s catalog ad creative features.
- We do not sell Meta user data.
- We do not use Meta data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or targeting outside the app’s intended merchant workflow.
- We do not update Meta ads or catalog creatives unless the merchant chooses and confirms the relevant action in the app.
- Merchants can revoke Meta access through Meta account settings or by contacting us.
7. How we share information
We may share information with service providers and platforms only as needed to operate KwikFrames, including:
- Shopify, for app installation, billing, merchant authentication, and platform operation
- Meta, when a merchant connects their Meta account and uses Meta catalog ad features
- Cloud hosting, database, storage, image processing, monitoring, security, analytics, and support providers
- Professional advisors, legal authorities, or regulators when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not sell personal information. We do not share merchant data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
KwikFrames and our website may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, and app performance. Merchants can control cookies through their browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect app functionality.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide KwikFrames, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
After a merchant uninstalls KwikFrames, we will delete or anonymize store-related personal data within a reasonable period unless we need to retain it for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.
10. Data deletion requests
Merchants may request deletion of their data by contacting support@creativegroundtechnologies.com. Please include the Shopify store URL and the Meta Business or ad account details relevant to the request, if applicable.
Where deletion is requested through Shopify or Meta platform tools, we will process the request as required by the applicable platform rules and our legal obligations.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, restricted production access, monitoring, and secure credential handling.
No system is completely secure. Merchants are responsible for maintaining the security of their Shopify, Meta, and email accounts.
12. International processing
Creative Ground Technologies Private Limited is based in India. We and our service providers may process information in India and other countries where our hosting, support, infrastructure, or service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in the merchant’s location.
13. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process information based on one or more of the following:
- Performance of a contract, to provide KwikFrames to merchants
- Legitimate interests, such as securing, improving, and supporting the app
- Consent, where a merchant authorizes a Shopify, Meta, or other account connection
- Legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, compliance, and lawful requests
14. Privacy rights
Depending on location, merchants and individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. To make a request, contact us at support@creativegroundtechnologies.com.
If a request relates to a Shopify customer of a merchant, we may direct the requester to the merchant because the merchant controls that customer relationship.
15. Children’s privacy
KwikFrames is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
