How to request deletion
To request deletion of data associated with KwikFrames, email us at support@creativegroundtechnologies.com with the subject line “KwikFrames Data Deletion Request”.
Please include:
- Your Shopify store URL or myshopify.com domain
- The email address used to install or manage KwikFrames
- Your Meta Business ID, ad account ID, or catalog ID, if the request relates to connected Meta assets
- A short description of the data you want deleted
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize app data associated with the store or connected account, including app settings, generated creative records, saved templates, access tokens, and related usage records, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Uninstalling the Shopify app
Merchants can uninstall KwikFrames from their Shopify admin at any time. Uninstalling the app revokes the app’s access to the Shopify store. You may still contact us to request deletion of retained app records.
Revoking Meta access
If you connected a Meta account, you can also revoke KwikFrames access from your Meta account or Business settings. Revoking access may stop future Meta-related app actions but does not automatically delete records already stored by KwikFrames, so please email us if you also want deletion of retained app data.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. We may ask for additional information if needed to confirm account ownership or locate the relevant data.
